UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer (Figma + Canva + WordPress/Shopify)
Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Salary : 3LPA About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is equally comfortable crafting beautiful visuals and intuitive user interfaces. You’ll be responsible for designing user-friendly web and mobile experiences, stunning graphics for social media or marketing campaigns, and supporting front-end development on platforms like WordPress and Shopify. If you’re someone who can design a killer landing page on Figma, whip up a slick graphic on Canva, retouch it in Photoshop, and help get it live on a Shopify site — this one’s for you. Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design Design user-centred interfaces for websites and web/mobile apps using Figma Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups that align with user needs and business goals Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and responsiveness Conduct basic usability research and translate insights into design improvements Graphic Design Design eye-catching creatives for social media, ads, emailers, landing pages, etc., using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator Work closely with marketing and content teams to create consistent and compelling visuals Maintain visual brand consistency across all design outputs Website Design & Development Customise and design websites using WordPress and Shopify (themes, plugins, layout adjustments) Basic front-end editing, styling, and implementation of visuals Ensure web designs are responsive, user-friendly, and optimised for performance Requirements: 1–3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Graphic Design Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design (bonus if you know Adobe XD or Sketch too) Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator for graphic and visual design Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or Shopify website development Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and brand design A solid portfolio that showcases both visual and functional design capabilities Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Knowledge of any Video Editing tools. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, functional, and beautiful design Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design ideas Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
