About the Role:

We are seeking a creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can bring stories to life through visuals. The ideal candidate will be skilled in editing both short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) and long-form videos (YouTube, webinars, podcasts), while also being able to design engaging graphics for social media and brand communication. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape engaging multimedia content for a growing digital media brand.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Video Editing

* Edit short-form videos optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

* Edit long-form content, including YouTube videos, webinars, and podcasts, with clear storytelling.

* Work with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

* Handle editing tasks such as trimming footage, transitions, syncing audio, colour grading, sound balancing, and adding subtitles/graphics.

* Maintain brand consistency and ensure videos are engaging, trend-driven, and high quality.

* Research and adapt trending styles, effects, and formats to keep content fresh.

???? Graphic Designing

* Design social media creatives, thumbnails, posters, and marketing material.

* Create visual assets such as infographics, banners, and event graphics for digital campaigns.

* Collaborate with the content & social media team to create designs aligned with campaign goals.

* Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.

* Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and visual guidelines across all assets.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

* Proficiency in at least one major video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).

* Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma).

* Understanding of visual storytelling, content aesthetics, and social media trends.

* Ability to multitask between video and design projects while meeting deadlines.

* Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of branding.

* Prior internship/freelance experience in video editing & graphic design is a plus.
