Content Media Strategist

You will work directly with the founder and the content team to plan, create, and scale world-class content across Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and more.

Your key responsibilities:

• Create scroll-stopping content (reels, carousels, hooks, captions)
• Break down long-form content (videos, interviews, speeches) into micro-content
• Craft content strategies and monthly content calendars
• Understand and optimize for hook rate, retention, and virality
• Script and storyboard YouTube shorts and long-form videos
• Repurpose content across formats and platforms
• Research trends, memes, psychology insights, and cultural moments to stay ahead of the curve

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with strategy. You’ll need to understand both storytelling and performance metrics.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability (especially for captions, hooks, and reels)
• Deep understanding of how Instagram and YouTube algorithms work
• Strong sense of psychology, relatability, and emotional triggers
• Ability to write clearly and persuasively in a masculine, bold, and emotionally intelligent tone
• Experience in creating and executing content plans or campaigns

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools
• Experience using Metricool, Hypefury, or any content scheduling software
• Ability to edit short-form videos (CapCut, Descript, or Premiere Pro)
• Background in marketing, branding, or psychology
• Experience building a personal brand or managing another high-growth content brand

• You’ve either grown your own page or helped other brands grow — and you have the case studies or content pieces to prove it.
• You understand how masculine energy, emotional depth, and cultural relevance intersect.
