Role Overview

Content Strategist (Reels Focused)

Key Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Strategy

• Research trending reels, viral hooks, and successful formats across industries.
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas aligned with our brand voice and business goals.
• Develop series-based content concepts to drive consistency and recall.

Content Planning & Calendar Management

• Build and maintain a detailed content calendar for reels and short-form videos.
• Ensure a balanced mix of formats: educational, humorous, FOMO-driven, storytelling, etc.
• Align posting schedules with campaign launches and business milestones.

Scriptwriting & Storyboarding

• Write crisp, high-retention scripts optimized for reels (hooks, flow, CTA).
• Create outlines/storyboards for video shoots.

Shooting & Editing

• Actively participate in shooting content (on-site property tours, lifestyle reels, skits, etc.).
• Edit reels using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or InShot when required.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with founders and video editors to translate ideas into production-ready content.
• Review and give creative feedback on edits before publishing.
• Occasionally edit reels using Premiere Pro/CapCut/InShot if required.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Analyze reel performance and audience engagement to refine strategies.
• Experiment with new formats, music, captions, and storytelling styles.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of

  Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts trends

• Excellent

  scriptwriting and storytelling

  skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to spot viral opportunities.
• Familiarity with

  video editing tools

  (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Experience in managing a
