Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Reach out to prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms (e.g., Housing.com, Meta Ads) Educate clients about our services, new project launches, and premium listings Handle incoming high-intent leads, build trust, and convert them into active clients Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions and follow-up strategies Set up and lead client meetings and property visits, showcasing relevant homes Cold call potential leads with the right pitch and positioning Collaborate with senior advisors to close deals and ensure smooth client transitions Consistently follow up with warm leads via WhatsApp, calls, and emails Research and quickly learn about new project launches, developers, and micro-markets in Gurgaon Maintain a clear understanding of buyer preferences and help match them with relevant homes About Company: Property Spotters is a new-age prop-tech real estate consultancy firm based in Gurgaon, Haryana.
