Hiring at BlowLin: Content Strategist (Calicut, Work from Office)

I'm looking for someone who can think about content and make things run.

Not just ideate and disappear. But ideate, execute, and own the process end to end.

Here's who I'm looking for:

→ You don't just write content. You understand why something performs.

→ You notice patterns before they become trends.

→ You can research a founder, understand their voice, and build a content system around it.

→ You're not allergic to spreadsheets, SOPs, or keeping things organized.

Experience? Doesn't matter as much as you think.

What matters:

• Your ability to break down content and rebuild it with intent
• Your curiosity to learn how content actually drives business
• Your willingness to own not just the creative, but also the chaos behind it

At BlowLin, we work with founders building real businesses.

You'll be shaping narratives, testing formats, and seeing how content moves the needle - not just chasing likes.

This is an in-office role. Calicut. 9:30 AM start.

We work as a team - tight, fast, and intentional.

One non-negotiable: Send a portfolio. Posts, scripts, pages, experiments - anything that shows how you think.
