Responsibilities:

• Write compelling content for advertisements, websites, blogs, emailers, reels, landing 

pages, and course promotions. 

• Develop creative captions, taglines, and scripts for social media and video content. 
• Ensure content aligns with SkillX’s brand tone, messaging, and objectives. 
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with SkillX’s campaigns, webinars, and course 

launches. 

• Identify trending topics, integrating them into SkillX’s content themes to maintain 

relevance. 

• Plan and execute influencer collaborations, campaign storytelling, and brand narrative 

initiatives. 

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality content 

delivery. 

• Work with mentors, trainers, and marketing leads to create educational and awareness

based content. 

• Maintain workflow consistency across creative and marketing deliverables. 
• Study competitor strategies and analyze current edtech communication trends. 
• Track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, and lead generation). 
• Use analytics insights to refine content strategy and improve campaign outcomes. 
• Oversee interns or junior writers to ensure quality, consistency, and brand voice 

adherence. 

• Provide creative direction and feedback to maintain excellence in content output. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or a related 

field. 

• 2–3 years of professional experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related

domain. 

• Proven expertise in creating and executing content strategies that support business and 

marketing objectives. 

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content creation and successful campaigns. 
• Experience managing or mentoring content teams in a fast-paced environment, preferably 

within the EdTech or service-based sector. 

• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with analytics tools. 
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
