Role Overview

Content Writer / Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive content for:

-Websites & landing pages

-Blogs & articles

-Social media posts & captions

-Email campaigns & newsletters

-Ads, brochures, and brand collaterals

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Build content calendars and manage publishing schedules
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Conduct basic research to create insightful, value-driven content
• Optimize content for SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, readability)
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketers for campaigns
• Edit, proofread, and refine content to maintain quality and accuracy
• Track content performance and suggest improvements

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Content Strategist
• Excellent command of English (writing & editing)
• Ability to adapt tone for different brands and audiences
• Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills
• Understanding of SEO and content best practices
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, CMS, analytics, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, business or related field (preferred)

Good to Have

• Experience in an agency or startup environment
• Knowledge of social media trends and formats
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and analytics
