What You'll Do

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• Build a structured

  content calendar

  aligned with brand goals.
• Track trends, benchmark competitors, and identify opportunities for community growth.

1. AI-Powered Content Creation

• Use AI tools to ideate, script, and create high-quality content.
• Write

  threads, posts, reels, and newsletters

  that make finance simple and engaging.
• Fact-check every source and ensure accuracy in all financial content.

1. Creative Storytelling & Design

• Design and shoot

  Instagram Reels and YouTube videos

  with clear hooks, storytelling flow, and CTAs.
• Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Manage and grow MWG’s

  WhatsApp community

  by curating relevant articles and insights.

1. Email & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute

  email marketing campaigns

  for prospective clients and leads.
• Write and A/B test subject lines and content for higher open and conversion rates.

1. Analytics, Insights & Reporting

• 2Leverage

  AI-driven analytics tools

  to automate workflows and optimize performance.
• Track KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and extract actionable insights for continuous improvement.

1. Trend Monitoring & Innovation

• Stay ahead of evolving social media and AI trends.
• Experiment with new formats, creative approaches, and growth strategies.

What You'll Need

✅ Proven experience in social media marketing, digital content, or creative strategy

✅ Familiarity with financial or investing topics (or strong curiosity to learn)

✅ Strong command over English and a knack for storytelling

Canva, ChatGPT, video editing tools, and email automation

✅ Data-driven mindset, ability to interpret metrics and make informed decisions

✅ Strong research skills to generate relevant and impactful content

✅ Excellent organizational skills, time management, and accountability in fast-paced environments
