What would you do?
Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Marketing strategy for social media and emerging marketing channels that facilitates community building, engagement, and customer experience. Strategy includes understanding of key audience segments, business and marketing opportunities, campaign and supporting content development, role of channel, and measurement.
What are we looking for?
- Content Review & Accuracy Check: o Conduct thorough pre-scheduling reviews of social media posts to ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance standards, including proper tone of voice, accurate hashtags, relevant disclaimers, and working links. o Ensure that all visuals, copy, and media used in posts meet quality standards, are aligned with the campaign objectives, and are suitable for the target audience on each platform. o Collaborate with content teams and the posting team to identify potential gaps or discrepancies in content and recommend improvements before it is scheduled for publishing.
- Post-Publishing Quality Control: o Perform random or batch post-publishing checks across all channels to ensure content is displayed correctly and without errors. This includes verifying the visual integrity of posts, ensuring links are functioning, and confirming that no content has been omitted or improperly formatted. o Investigate any discrepancies between the planned content and what actually appears on social media platforms, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Error Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
- Training & Best Practice Support: o Assist in developing and conducting training sessions for the posting team on quality control procedures, best practices for social media content, and how to ensure compliance with brand and platform guidelines. o Share insights on industry trends, platform-specific rules, and common pitfalls to enhance the posting team s overall understanding of social media quality assurance. o Support the team with troubleshooting and real-time assistance, providing guidance on how to fix common issues related to content publishing or compliance errors.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: o Work closely with the social media team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes within the overall content workflow. o Provide feedback and collaborate on process improvements, ensuring the smooth, error-free delivery of high-quality content across all social media platforms.
- Documentation & Reporting: o Document quality issues, errors, and the steps taken to resolve them, creating a knowledge base for future reference. o Regularly report on the performance of social media content in terms of quality compliance and identify opportunities Roles and Responsibilities:
