Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute engaging marketing content for digital platforms — including websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and product presentations.
• Create and manage creative campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align content with marketing strategies and brand voice.
• Write compelling stories and visual briefs for ads, banners, and promotional videos.
• Manage and optimize social media presence, ensuring consistent tone and creativity.
• Analyze content performance metrics and suggest improvements for higher ROI.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, content innovations, and emerging tools in AI-driven marketing.
• Brainstorm creative concepts for product launches, ad campaigns, and seasonal promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 4–5 years of working experience in digital marketing, brand communication, or creative content development.
• Proven portfolio of creative campaigns or content that achieved measurable impact.
• Strong command over content writing, visual storytelling, and brand strategy.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or AI content tools.
• Understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital advertising trends.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in B2B or manufacturing/industrial sectors (if relevant).
• Prior experience creating marketing visuals, videos, or product campaigns using AI tools.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for creative storytelling and branding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
