Research Associate

Location - Hinjewadi, Pune

Shift timings - 1p.m. - 10 p.m.

This is a full-time position based in Pune, India.

Job Responsibilities: We are seeking an associate to work with the team in the UK to provide support for international market research projects

• Overseeing the work of research assistants who are collecting detailed information from issuer websites around the world and recording it in Excel
• Providing guidance to and answering questions from research assistants on how information should be recorded
• Carrying out quality control processes to ensure client readiness of deliverables
• Consulting with internal stakeholders to resolve complex research queries
• Contribute to product development initiatives and other client deliverables
• Other ad hoc research, client engagement and administrative tasks

This role is primarily centred around an ongoing research study in the cards and payments space, however it is part of a larger career path that involves working on other parallel engagements with our client. You will work directly with a project manager based in London, UK.

Competencies/Personality Traits:

• Familiarity with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years post-degree experience
• Previous research experience is a plus
• A knowledge of cards and payments is useful, but not essential
