Role & responsibilities:

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving audience engagement, website traffic, and lead generation through email marketing and SEO-driven content. You'll create compelling email campaigns, optimize content for search engines, and develop strategic content initiatives that align with our broader marketing goals. If you're passionate about writing, data-driven content, and conversion-focused strategies, this role is for you.

• Email marketing execution:

  Plan, create, and launch email campaigns, including nurture sequences, newsletters, and product updates.

• Automation & segmentation:

  Manage email workflows and segment audiences for more personalized engagement.

• SEO content creation:

  Write and optimize SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and website copy that drive organic traffic.

• Keyword research & optimization:

  Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search rankings.

• Performance tracking & optimization:

  Analyze email and content performance, leveraging insights to refine strategy.

• Cross-functional collaboration:

  Work with the Paid Media & Analytics Specialist to align SEO and email strategies for maximum impact.

• Technical SEO & email formatting:

  Apply basic HTML/CSS skills for email styling and website content optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, content writing, or SEO strategy.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and grammatically flawless content.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a solid understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Google Search Console.
• Hands-on experience with email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting and website optimizations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content performance.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Workdays: Monday to Friday,
• Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST.
