Job Responsibilities

• Excellent understanding and proven expertise of Content marketing buckets such as -Textual Long form, short form, Creative, Digital Innovation, Audio

• Work on projects and contribute to the creation of digital experiences.

• Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for content

• Work across multiple platforms to drive engagement and positive customer behaviour

• The ability to work to establish a content strategy that is in sync with the ARM’s philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms

• Driving innovation and creativity for ARM

• Ensure all-around consistency in the content (style, fonts, images and tone) • Identify needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics for the website

• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services

• Write suitable blogs and articles for our community

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to Create infographics, visuals

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems

• Understand the Management’s vision and present ideas accordingly

• Support with marketing event planning and execution

• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with content writing and marketing

• Familiarity with web publications

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English

• Ability to work in a team

• BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
