We are looking for a Content Marketing Associate Manager who can own and drive all aspects of content creation and distribution across our marketing ecosystem. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You are someone who can ideate, write, and publish content that strengthens our brand voice, engages our audience, and fuels demand generation.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Content Marketing
Own and manage the website’s content, ensuring it remains updated, impactful, and aligned with our positioning.
Improve and expand solution pages, case studies, and other sections to clearly communicate value propositions.
Devise and execute the overall content marketing strategy — from planning topics to publishing and distribution.
Create high-quality editorial content, including blogs, articles, and success stories that highlight client outcomes.
Optimize content for discoverability using strong SEO and emerging LLMO practices.
Leverage AI tools where relevant to enhance ideation, research, and content production efficiency.
Build a playbook of repeatable content formats that can scale into a full content engine including Thought leadership reports and long-form publications.
Social Media & Brand Presence
Own the creation and distribution of content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Develop a consistent and engaging content calendar that reflects key business priorities and thought leadership themes.
Repurpose published content into social-ready formats.
Strengthen brand visibility and engagement through storytelling and community interaction.
Performance & Insights
Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics across website and content channels.
Translate insights into actionable improvements for content relevance, reach, and conversion.
Maintain a feedback loop to refine ongoing strategies.
Campaign & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provide content support for performance marketing and advertising campaigns.
Partner closely with demand generation and outreach teams to craft high-conversion assets for emails, landing pages, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure visual and narrative consistency across touchpoints.
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or brand communications in a B2B or technology-led environment.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Proven ability to devise and execute content strategies independently.
Good understanding of SEO and LLMO best practices and their practical application.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high creative standards.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
