Content Manager

We’re seeking a creative AI Content Strategist to join our Chennai HQ and partner closely with our sales engineers to amplify our brand’s voice.

About the Role

1. You will serve as the cornerstone of our content and social media efforts, working daily with structural and geotechnical sales engineers to translate complex technical knowledge into compelling narratives.
2. In this role, you’ll craft and execute AI-driven content strategies for each product, manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and optimize all channels for maximum engagement.
3. You will develop and implement social media campaigns, create diverse formats of engaging content—short-form posts, long-form articles, videos, and blog entries—and use analytics to refine performance.
4. Collaboration with marketing, design, and engineering teams will ensure brand consistency and support broader marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with sales engineers to define product-specific content strategies
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Veo 3, Sora, Heygen) to draft high-impact copy—short-form posts, long-form articles, image captions, video scripts
• Design and edit visuals with Canva; coordinate with in-house designers for advanced graphics
• Plan and maintain a detailed content calendar
• Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring platform best practices
• Develop and publish case studies that showcase successful implementations and ROI
• Create blog entries on Drop-in-Blog to boost SEO and thought leadership
• Monitor engagement metrics; iterate content plans based on performance data
• Lead periodic content-creation workshops and training sessions for engineering teams
• Manage and enhance our Campus training portal, developing course content that cross‑sells our software

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in content strategy or content creation, preferably in a B2B or tech environment
• Proven hands-on experience with AI content-generation platforms (ChatGPT, Veo 3, Sora, Heygen)
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
• Proficiency in social media management—LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram—and content-calendar planning apps
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working alongside engineers
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field

Nice-to-Haves

• High English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication
• Leadership qualities and proven ability to scale content initiatives into a full-fledged team
• Prior exposure to the construction, structural, or geotechnical sector
• Basic video editing skills or advanced graphic design

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) 
• Strong skills in Communication and Content Strategy
• Excellent Writing abilities
• Experience with social media analytics tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required
• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the engineering or technology sector is a plus
