Founders Don’t Forget (FDF) is a global initiative and media platform built to protect honest founders from unethical development firms, broken tech partnerships, and fraudulent service providers. Through published case studies, educational resources, and legal collaborations, we’re exposing the truth and helping founders avoid the traps we fell into.

We’re now laying the groundwork for something bigger a powerful, founder-first media and justice platform that holds bad actors accountable and makes startup culture safer.

The Role

We’re looking for a Community & Content Manager who can help us shape, grow, and lead a strong global community of founders, lawyers, ethical developers, and startup allies.

This role blends storytelling, social media, community engagement, and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram

• Help curate founder case studies and coordinate their publishing

• Respond to comments and messages, and engage with like-minded communities

• Support advocacy campaigns and collaborate with legal partners

• Build and manage a network of contributors and early supporters

Requirements

• 2+ years in content marketing, social media, or community management

• Strong writing and storytelling skills

• Passion for ethical entrepreneurship, advocacy, or tech justice

• Experience with LinkedIn and Twitter community growth is a plus

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Compensation

This is a contract-based, part-time position.

Specific terms and monthly budget will be discussed based on experience.

We are currently in our pre-launch phase, and early contributors may receive long-term collaboration or equity opportunities after launch.
