Position Title: Nursing Instructor – OSCE Preparation Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor from the Philippines or Singapore . This role involves training and mentoring internationally qualified nurses to meet the standards . The instructor will bring valuable international clinical experience and academic insight, with a focus on simulation-based training, communication, and clinical competence aligned with Australian nursing standards. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate theoretical and practical OSCE training sessions. Conduct simulated clinical scenarios (e.g., medication administration, patient safety, communication with patients/families). Support nurses in preparing for Australian healthcare environments through evidence-based practice, ethical care, and critical thinking. Provide one-on-one coaching, structured feedback, and mock OSCE assessments. Customize training approaches based on candidate performance and learning needs. Collaborate in curriculum design and continuous improvement of OSCE programs. Maintain accurate student records, assessments, and progress reports. Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with clinical experience in Philippines or Singapore . Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred). Experience in clinical instruction, simulation, or nurse training programs. Knowledge of Australian nursing standards and OSCE format (training can be provided). Strong English communication and teaching skills. Current or prior registration with a recognized nursing regulatory body (e.g., PRC, SNB, AHPRA) is highly desirable.
