Content Manager

If you’re someone who thinks strategically, loves the process of building something big from scratch, and understands what makes content go viral — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms
• Brainstorm and oversee execution of video and post ideas with the creative team
• Review scripts, hooks, and creatives to ensure they align with brand identity
• Work closely with the founder/marketing team to align content with business goals
• Analyze performance (views, engagement, retention) and refine strategies
• Manage and inspire a small creative team for smooth execution
  

We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content or brand management
• Strong understanding of the coaching industry
• Creative thinker with solid grasp of branding, storytelling, and positioning
• Strategic mindset — able to think beyond just posts and reels
• Leadership skills and team management experience
• Passionate about growth and building something long-term
