Senior B2B content professional with 7–10 years of experience in strategic content development, editorial leadership, and AI-assisted content operations. Adept at translating complex business, market, and product inputs into high-impact narratives for enterprise audiences. Brings strong expertise in scaling content with AI, building structured content systems, and supporting GTM, product marketing, and sales enablement with high-quality deliverables. Known for business alignment, narrative clarity, and the ability to independently manage diverse content initiatives end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Owned the strategic and editorial direction for multi-channel B2B content supporting marketing campaigns, GTM initiatives, product positioning, and lead-generation objectives.
- Developed high-quality long-form and short-form content, including thought leadership pieces, industry narratives, product pages, landing pages, sales collateral, video scripts, and analyst-backed articles.
- Used AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and internal platforms) to streamline research extraction, accelerate drafts, and manage large-scale content operations while maintaining factual accuracy and editorial quality.
- Collaborated with product, research, SEO, and sales teams to refine messaging, align content with business priorities, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all touch points.
- Translated analyst insights, market data, and technical content into clear, senior-reader-focused narratives tailored for enterprise clients, consultants, and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Established and managed a structured editorial calendar with defined governance, review cycles, and quality standards.
- Reviewed and optimised existing content using analytics, user behaviour insights, and SEO performance metrics.
- Implemented robust content QA processes covering structure, clarity, narrative strength, brand alignment, and SEO hygiene.
- Maintained strong industry awareness and competitive benchmarking to ensure content remains relevant in fast-evolving B2B markets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B content creation, content marketing, or editorial roles.
- Proven experience producing high-quality content for global business and enterprise audiences.
- Strong expertise in content structuring, narrative clarity, research interpretation, and SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research assistance, drafting, and content operations at scale.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and uphold high editorial standards.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link content performance to business outcomes.
