We’re an IT company powering Multiple B2B SaaS products used by 200+ companies like Tata Steel, JSW, Vistara, WCL and No Broker across 40+ countries. We move fast, write smart, and focus on results. Our marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a senior content professional to lead the charge.  

Role Overview

• As our Content Lead, you’ll lead our content strategy and execution. You’ll manage and mentor a team of writers, own the editorial calendar, and produce sharp, high-converting content across channels. You know how to translate complex tech into clean, compelling messaging that speaks to business decision-makers.  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the content team: guide writing quality, tone, and strategy  
• Own and manage the content roadmap across SaaS products  
• Create high-impact content: landing pages, blogs, email copy, case studies, whitepapers, product messaging, etc.  
• Collaborate with product, sales and support, design, and growth teams  
• Use SEO best practices and performance data to shape and optimize content  
• Maintain consistent voice and messaging across brands  
• Mentor junior writers and review/edit their work  
• Bring new ideas to the table and push creative boundaries  
• Align with Social media team (If and when necessary)  
• Enable and co-own the Content ROI  

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B content writing experience (IT/SaaS preferred)  
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage content workflows  
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills  
• Sharp understanding of content strategy, SEO, and conversion copywriting  
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment  
• Bonus: experience with AI tools, CRM content, or product marketing
