We move fast, write smartly, and focus on results. About the Profile: Our marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a senior content marketing professional to lead the position. The Role We are hiring a growth-oriented Content Marketing Manager who thrives in B2B SaaS environment and knows how to drive business results through content. You will own the entire content lifecycle across the funnel, lead a team of content creators, and partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales stakeholders to enable high-performing campaigns and meaningful user journeys. You’ll need to deeply understand our ICPs, market segments, buyer journeys, and performance metrics and ship content that moves the pipeline at every stage of customer journey. The Responsibilities Strategy Planning: • Lead the full-funnel content strategy from awareness to advocacy • Align messaging to ICPs, Intent triggers, and JTBDs through in-depths persona research • Build editorial/content calendars tied to campaigns and lifecycle journeys Execution Enablement • Own and drive creation of key assets (guides, case studies, playbooks, etc.) • Manage content across all formats: blogs, videos, graphics, social, emailers and web pages • Partner with SEO, Paid, Outbound, Social and other stake holders for channel-specific content Team Collaboration • Lead and manage a team of content writers, designers, and video creators • Set and maintain standards for brand voice and reputation • Be the go-to content lead for marketing, sales, product, and founders Reporting & Analytics Optimization • Measure content performance against pipeline KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, Content ROI) • Optimize and repurpose top-performing content • Regularly audit and evolve content based on gaps and performance You’re a Great fit if, y • You have minimum 6 years in B2B SaaS content, with team leadership experience • You think in systems and customer journeys, not just content as an asset • You are outcome-driven, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver • You are confident collaborating with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams • You have familiarity with SEO tools, social tools, AI tools, HubSpot and ABM tools.
