We move fast, write smart, and focus on results. Our marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a senior content professional to lead the charge. Role Overview As our Content Lead, you’ll lead our content strategy and execution. You’ll manage and mentor a team of writers, own the editorial calendar, and produce sharp, high-converting content across channels. You know how to translate complex tech into clean, compelling messaging that speaks to business decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Lead the content team: guide writing quality, tone, and strategy Own and manage the content roadmap across SaaS products Create high-impact content: landing pages, blogs, email copy, case studies, whitepapers, product messaging, etc. Collaborate with product, sales and support, design, and growth teams Use SEO best practices and performance data to shape and optimize content Maintain consistent voice and messaging across brands Mentor junior writers and review/edit their work Bring new ideas to the table and push creative boundaries Align with Social media team (If and when necessary) Enable and co-own the Content ROI Requirements 6+ years of B2B content writing experience (IT/SaaS preferred) Proven ability to lead a team and manage content workflows Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills Sharp understanding of content strategy, SEO, and conversion copywriting Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Bonus: experience with AI tools, CRM content, or product marketing Why Join Us? About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with 1–3 years of experience in creating engaging, clear, and SEO-friendly content. The ideal candidate must have experience writing for SaaS, B2B, or technology-driven brands and can adapt tone and style across multiple formats. Key Responsibilities: Write blogs, case studies, and product pages. Translate complex concepts into simple, compelling content. Optimize content for SEO while keeping it user-friendly. Research industry trends and competitors to strengthen content strategy. Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to align messaging. Track performance metrics and refine content based on data. Requirements: 1–3 years of professional content writing experience (preferably SaaS/B2B/tech). Strong command of English with excellent grammar and storytelling ability. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects. Basic understanding of content analytics and KPIs. Qualifications: BA degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
