Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, driven, and fashion-forward Content Creator who can produce engaging and brand-aligned content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of women's western apparel trends and experience in creating fashion-related content.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. UGC Content Creation & Influencer Collaboration

• Create engaging UGC (User Generated Content) by recording self-led product-based videos/reels/stories for social platforms (at least 5 per month - increases as per need)
• Identify, onboard, and manage micro/macro influencers aligned with the brand.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of influencer-led content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads and Reels.
• Coordinate influencer deliverables, posting timelines, and approvals.

2. Public Relations & Celebrity Gifting

• Plan, execute, and dispatch PR packages and monthly gifting to influencers, stylists, and celebrities.
• Maintain and update PR and gifting tracker for follow-ups.
• Establish communication with stylists for celebrity placements.
• Ensure brand representation through product seeding and storytelling.

3. Event Management & Photoshoot Coordination

• Plan and coordinate in-store and external brand events, styling previews, and influencer meetups.
• Manage logistics for shoots including locations, styling, model coordination, and shot lists.
• Work closely with videographers and photographers to maintain brand visual quality.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of shoot outcomes.

4. YouTube Content Strategy & Execution

• Plan monthly YouTube content calendars including lookbooks, styling videos, BTS, and brand stories.
• Assist in scripting, shooting, and posting engaging content to drive engagement and traffic.
• Monitor YouTube analytics and suggest improvements based on performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align YouTube strategy with campaign goals.

Key Success Metrics:

• Number of UGC/influencer videos created monthly.
• Timely delivery and performance of PR and gifting campaigns.
• Successful execution of events and shoots within budget.
• Growth in YouTube engagement and content consistency.

Required Skills:

• Strong on-camera presence and ability to create self-shot content.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Project management and multitasking ability.
• Deep understanding of fashion trends, content formats, and digital media platforms.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Communication, Mass Media, Journalism, Marketing, or any relevant field
