Role: Creative Content Creator About Global R-Hub: Global R-Hub, a venture under Globus Learn, is a fast-growing platform that empowers students from class 6 to post-graduation, as well as working professionals, to participate in real-world, high-quality research. We connect ambitious learners with Ph.D. mentors and global faculty advisors to help them produce impactful research that can lead to publications, presentations, and real-world change. We're on a mission to democratize research and we’re looking for a creative and strategic Creative Content Creator to amplify our story. Role Overview: As our Creative Content Creator, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end content production from ideation and scripting to design and delivery. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling, story-driven content tailored for students and parents, across organic digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Substack, Medium). You will work closely with the marketing team to execute planned content strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and community growth. Key Responsibilities: 1.Content Ideation & Scripting: Conceptualize original content ideas (static, video, reels, carousels) that align with brand messaging and audience interests. Write engaging scripts and storyboards for short-form and long-form content. 2.Content Creation & Design: Design visually impactful creatives including carousels, reels, thumbnails, posters, and brochures. Produce high-quality video content using editing tools suited for social media. 3.Editing & Final Production: Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Ensure timely delivery of polished content as per the marketing calendar. 4.Organic Growth Focus: Strategize and optimize content to boost reach and engagement across organic social media channels. Stay up to date with platform trends, best practices, and viral content styles relevant to our audience. 5.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with ongoing campaigns and communication goals. Adapt feedback quickly and maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging. What We're Looking For: 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation, especially in edtech, youth-focused, or startup environments. Strong ability to ideate, write scripts, and independently create multimedia content. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.). Aesthetic sense for layouts, colour, and typography with attention to storytelling. A creative, organized, self-driven individual who is passionate about content, education, and innovation.
