Job Title: Store Manager – Fashion Retail (Pacific Mall, Delhi) Industry: Fashion Retail Employment Type: Full-time Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our fashion retail outlet at Pacific Mall, Delhi . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for fashion trends. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, team motivation, and achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Lead, train, and manage store staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team. Resolve customer issues and handle complaints with professionalism. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations. Analyze sales data and generate performance reports. Organize promotional activities and in-store events. Handle cash management and daily closing procedures. Key Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi . Strong leadership and team management abilities. Sales-driven with strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in retail POS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word). Good knowledge of current fashion trends and visual merchandising. Time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Retail Management, Business Administration, or relevant field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fashion retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role. Experience in high-footfall shopping malls or premium fashion stores is preferred.
