Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team at House of Fett . The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English , a customer-first attitude , and the ability to handle queries efficiently. This is a customer-facing role, focused on improving satisfaction and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about products, order status, shipping, and return policies. Resolve customer issues, queries, or complaints promptly and effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with customers post-purchase for feedback and support. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely issue resolution. Assist in managing WhatsApp, email, and chat support channels. Help in generating sales through warm calling and upselling. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to brand loyalty. Key Requirements: Only Female Candidates may apply. Excellent spoken and written English is a must. Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or fashion retail (preferred but not mandatory). Proficient with basic computer and CRM tools. Immediate joiners preferred .
