Role Description

Content & Communications Manager

✔ manage social media and content strategy

✔ write high-quality blogs, posts, and episode descriptions

✔ coordinate with podcast guests

✔ support overall content operations for the brand

storytelling, social media management, guest coordination, and brand communication


Responsibilities

Content Writing & Publishing

  • Write blog posts, Medium articles, newsletters, and behind-the-scenes stories
  • Draft captions, social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Community)
  • Prepare episode summaries, highlight notes, and quotes
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

Social Media Management

  • Build and manage weekly content calendars
  • Create and schedule posts, clips, quotes, and updates
  • Support short-form content packaging (basic editing coordination)
  • Track engagement and optimize growth strategy

Guest Communication & Coordination

  • Draft outreach emails, confirmations, reminders, and thank-you notes
  • Manage guest scheduling (multiple time zones)
  • Collect bios, photos, and episode materials
  • Maintain a structured guest pipeline

Podcast Support

  • Prepare briefing notes for recordings
  • Assist in episode promotion + launch coordination
  • Pull timestamps, key moments, and highlights
  • Manage content libraries and episode assets

Community & Brand Engagement

  • Monitor comments, DMs, and tags
  • Build engagement with followers and partner pages
  • Support relationship-building with guests and collaborators

General Organization

  • Maintain content repositories and databases
  • Track deadlines, tasks, and publishing timelines
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, and freelancers when needed


Qualification / Requirement

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Experience in social media management (LinkedIn + IG strongly preferred)
  • Ability to adapt to brand voice
  • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Comfortable communicating with high-profile guests


Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with podcasts or media brands
  • Basic video editing/Canva skills
  • Understanding of SEO + analytics
  • Interest in leadership, purpose-driven content, and storytelling
