Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Video Editor. The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for content management, content strategy, managing the end-to-end video production process, including video editing, color grading, and producing high-quality motion graphics. The role involves collaborating with creative teams to craft compelling video content for interviews, shorts, reels and thought-leadership pieces. The Senior Video Editor will ensure all projects align with The Talk Lane's standards of storytelling, quality, and impact. Qualifications Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production processes Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics Knowledge of Graphics creation and design Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent storytelling and creative skills aligned with brand identity Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field is preferred

Role Description We are seeking a Content & Communications Manager who can: ✔ manage social media and content strategy ✔ write high-quality blogs, posts, and episode descriptions ✔ coordinate with podcast guests ✔ support overall content operations for the brand This is a hybrid role combining storytelling, social media management, guest coordination, and brand communication .
