Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Video Editor. The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for content management, content strategy, managing the end-to-end video production process, including video editing, color grading, and producing high-quality motion graphics. The role involves collaborating with creative teams to craft compelling video content for interviews, shorts, reels and thought-leadership pieces. The Senior Video Editor will ensure all projects align with The Talk Lane's standards of storytelling, quality, and impact.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production processes
• Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics
• Knowledge of Graphics creation and design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent storytelling and creative skills aligned with brand identity
• Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field is preferred
