Consumer Insights Manager

This role involves providing insights on consumer segments to enhance the understanding of consumer behavior and consumption patterns within the specific category. The primary focus is on developing effective GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies and approaches, as well as refining communication tactics for better engagement. Responsibilities include organizing primary quantitative and qualitative research projects involving end consumers, influencers, and channel partners through external agencies. The goal is to derive meaningful solutions based on the gathered insights. Additionally, planning, executing, and overseeing advisory projects with external agencies to ensure productivity, timeliness, and quality of data and reports are part of the role. Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders through high-quality project delivery and clear communication is essential. Providing insights for business and marketing campaigns, analyzing data for segmentation and go-to-market strategies, as well as presenting research findings to internal stakeholders are key components of this position. Executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales, along with coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely campaign implementation, are also vital responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Marketing from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute, along with 8-12 years of experience in market research. Possessing a proactive attitude towards learning, self-discipline, motivation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are crucial. Proficiency in analytical and numerical skills, research methodologies, questionnaire design, as well as excellent written, oral, and electronic communication skills is required. Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is also necessary. The project types involved in this role include Brand Tracking, Usage & Attitude research, and Ad Evaluation projects.,
