The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into actionable solutions. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business objectives are effectively met through process improvements and technology implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional specifications, process maps, and user storiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and product to design and implement solutionsConduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvementsSupport project planning, prioritization, and delivery of business initiativesAssist in system testing, user acceptance testing, and solution validationDevelop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses as neededPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendationsMaintain documentation and ensure alignment with organizational standards and methodologiesEducationBachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Masters preferred)

Experience

6 to 8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related rolesProven experience leading large or complex business transformation or IT projectsExperience with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or WaterfallExperience in Automobile Deal Management SystemsTechnical SkillsProficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS VisioStrong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, SQLFamiliarity with ERP, CRM, or digital transformation platforms such as SAP and SalesforceSoft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesAbility to work independently and lead cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail and organizational skills
