Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant CA Qualified or Inter/Semi-Qualified to join our firm with 3 years of work experience including articleship post articleship 1 year of work experience, as a consultant, you will work closely with clients from various industries, providing them with expert financial advice and assisting them in managing their accounting and taxation needs. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for conducting statutory audits, tax audits, and group reporting audits for clients across a variety of industries.

Ø Deliver high-quality audit and assurance service, Risk Advisory Service including timely preparation of audit plans and related documentation.

Ø Ensuring compliance with the applicable Standards on Auditing (Indian / International) and the applicable financial reporting framework / GAAP (Indian GAAP / IFRS / German GAAP etc.).

Ø Maintain the highest levels of ethical, technical, and professional standards.

Ø Responsible for working in teams and supervising article students as required.

Ø Building and maintaining a professional relationship with the clients.

Ø Should be a team player with good interpersonal, communication, and project management skills including working in teams.

Ø Implement accounting systems and processes of various clients.

Qualification and Skills

Ø Education: CA–IPCC/Inter/CA-dropout/CMA, M.com/B.com and completed their Articleship.

Ø Post articleship Minimum one year of work experience in finance/Consulting field.

Ø Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, taxation laws, and auditing practices.

Ø Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications and AI Tools

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Ø Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and analyse financial data accurately.

Ø Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
