We are looking for a Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience including articleship under a Chartered Accountancy Firm or having any experience under Chartered Accountancy Firm. The candidate is responsible for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly financial reports, Reconciliation of Bank Statements, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with the GST and Income tax. Key Roles and Responsibilities: · Evaluate, design, and implement accounting systems and processes to streamline financial operations. · Prepare and present accurate monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. · Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. · Perform and oversee regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. · Oversee and maintain the integrity of the general ledger by ensuring accurate and timely data entry. · Ensure compliance with GST and Income Tax regulations by preparing and filing accurate returns. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in accounting. Honor's degree preferred. Completion of Articleship under Chartered Accountancy firm/ any experience under Chartered Accountancy Firm preferred Expertise in Accounting Software Tally ERP 9 Proven track record in implementing and managing accounting systems and processes. Strong understanding of GST and Income Tax regulations and compliance. Communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills IT proficiency majorly in MS Office and tools like ChatGPT Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership qualities and effective team working skills.
