Consultant TA

As a TA Recruiter at our company located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in sourcing both active and passive candidates through various channels such as networking, advanced internet searches, research, and direct outreach. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting searches using databases, job boards, professional websites, and cold calling. - Recruiting for a variety of roles including technical, sales, and non-technical positions. - Collaborating closely with hiring managers to explore new talent acquisition strategies. - Coordinating interviews, office visits, and candidate interactions with hiring managers. - Managing job postings on ATS, job boards, and social media platforms. - Screening resumes and evaluating candidate fit for open positions. - Maintaining accurate and updated candidate information in internal databases. - Conducting reference checks by contacting previous managers or peers. - Following up on referrals to identify qualified candidates. - Participating in special projects and tasks as assigned. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, sales, and Non-IT recruitment. Additionally, you should possess excellent spoken English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and be energetic, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity. A Bachelor's degree is also required.
