The Sales Consultant will act as the primary contact for potential buyers, specializing in luxury residential properties. This role includes managing clients relationships, showcasing properties, and ensuring seamless deal closures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a client-first approach, and a passion for luxury real estate sales.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and the exclusivity of luxury residences.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and convert them into site visits.
  • Present comparative market analysis to clients to aid decision-making.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the organization.
  • Assist clients with post-sale processes, including documentation and coordination with finance and legal teams.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming luxury property launches.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM systems.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite for managing leads and reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A solid understanding of the luxury real estate market, client preferences, and market trends.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships efficiently.

Experience

  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury real estate or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in high-value transactions and providing top-notch client service.
