Real Estate Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall sales operations for residential/commercial real estate projects
  
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  
• Handle walk-in clients, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
  
• Manage and motivate the on-ground sales team and Direct Sales (DST) executives
  
• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns
  
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors
  
• Monitor CRM data, sales pipeline, and follow-up processes
  
• Ensure legal documentation, booking processes, and compliance are followed correctly
  
• Conduct regular sales reviews and performance tracking
  
• Represent the company at client meetings and property exhibitions
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  
• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in real estate sales & team handling
• Strong knowledge of the

  Pune real estate market (Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Wagholi, Hinjewadi)

• Proven leadership and team management skills
  
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  
• Proficient in CRM systems, MS Excel & reporting
  
• Target-oriented with strong closing abilities
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• From reputed real estate developers or brokerage firms
  
• Experience in residential & commercial sales
  
• Local market network of brokers/agents in Pune
  
• Immediate joiner preferred

  4 LPA – 12 LPA (Depending on Experience)
