-Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital operations and quality.
-Hands-on experience with NABH accreditation processes (mandatory).
-Strong business development, client engagement, and networking skills in healthcare.
-Excellent documentation, report writing, and presentation abilities.
1. Provide consultancy support to hospitals on improving operational efficiency, patient care processes, and administrative systems.
2. Guide hospitals in NABH accreditation, including gap assessment, compliance documentation, training, and audit readiness.
3. Support business development initiatives such as stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and outreach for healthcare projects.
4. Conduct needs assessments, data analysis, and prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and government stakeholders.
5. Work closely with Integra Ventures’ internal team and client facility staff to ensure project deliverables are met within timelines.
6. Ensure continuous knowledge sharing and capacity building of hospital teams on quality and operational best practices.
