Job Type: Contract / FreelanceLocation: Mumbai will be preferenceEngagement: Project-basedJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design and develop industry-aligned short courses (30 minutes to 3 hours) across multiple professional domains including Agile & Project Management, Finance, Market Research, and AI-driven analytics.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on industry experience and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, learner-friendly training content for working professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop modular short courses including outlines, lessons, case studies, and assessmentsCreate real-world scenarios, practical exercises, and templates aligned with industry practicesEnsure content meets client requirements and quality guidelinesCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevanceUpdate course content based on feedback and best practicesUse standardized Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for content development and version controlDomain Coverage (Any one or more)Candidates should have expertise in one or more of the following areas:Agile & Project Management: Agile frameworks, Jira, Scrum, Kanban, PMO, QA, metricsFinance & Analytics: Financial modeling, corporate finance, M&A, budgeting, Excel/BI, automationMarket Research & Strategy: Market research, competitive intelligence, forecasting, segmentationAI & Automation: AI applications in project management, finance, or market research; data governance and ethicsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Market Research, or related fieldStrong hands-on experience in the relevant domain(s)Prior experience in training, content development, or curriculum design is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to present complex topics in a clear and engaging mannerWhy Join Us?Flexible, remote, project-based workOpportunity to work on high-impact professional learning programsCollaborate with cross-functional and global teamsinterested candidate can share thri cv at - anjum@dimentics.com
