Role Overview:

high-performing B2B Sales/Business Development Managers


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans

    targeting schools, corporates, and L&D teams.
  • Generate leads through

    cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach

    , and

    networking

    .
  • Present and pitch Dimentics' solutions

    to CXOs, L&D Heads, HR Directors, and School Heads.
  • Conduct

    client meetings, presentations

    , and

    product/service demos

    .
  • Prepare customized proposals and capability decks

    .
  • Achieve revenue targets

    and

    maintain a strong sales pipeline

    .
  • Update

    CRM regularly

    and collaborate with internal teams for proposal development.
  • Stay informed on

    market trends and competitor activities

    .


Desired Profile:

  • Proven track record

    in

    B2B sales

    , preferably in

    K-12 education services

    ,

    corporate L&D solutions

    , or

    EdTech/eLearning industry

    .
  • Minimum

    5+ years of experience

    in business development, client acquisition, or sales roles.
  • Strong network and existing connects

    with corporate L&D teams, HR leaders, or schools/education boards will be a strong advantage.
