Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modular short courses including

  outlines, lessons, case studies, and assessments

• Create

  real-world scenarios, practical exercises, and templates

  aligned with industry practices
• Ensure content meets

  client requirements and quality guidelines

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Update course content based on feedback and best practices
• Use standardized

  Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

  for content development and version control

• Agile & Project Management:

  Agile frameworks, Jira, Scrum, Kanban, PMO, QA, metrics

• Finance & Analytics:

  Financial modeling, corporate finance, M&A, budgeting, Excel/BI, automation

• Market Research & Strategy:

  Market research, competitive intelligence, forecasting, segmentation

• AI & Automation:

  AI applications in project management, finance, or market research; data governance and ethics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Finance, Project Management, Market Research, or related field

• Strong hands-on experience in the relevant domain(s)
• Prior experience in

  training, content development, or curriculum design

  is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
