We partner with 200+ clients across industries such as pharma, financial services, FMCG, manufacturing, IT, and Indian conglomerates, helping them improve how they engage, retain, and manage talent and customers. We’re looking for analytical minds with strong quantitative and problem-solving skills to join us. The role is ideal for those who enjoy working with numbers, uncovering patterns, and translating insights into business impact.


Key Responsibilities:

• Work with client teams to design, analyze, and implement data-driven talent and customer solutions

• Conduct advanced statistical and quantitative analyses (e.g., regression, correlation, factor analysis, clustering) to uncover trends and insights

• Build and interpret dashboards, scorecards, and predictive models to drive decision-making

• Develop ROI models and business impact assessments for people and customer initiatives

• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and client presentations

• Manage client interactions and synthesize business problems into data-backed strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for data storytelling and client presentations

• Ability to manage projects independently and structure ambiguous problems

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and intellectually curious mindset
