We work with 200+ clients across industries like pharma, financial services, FMCG, manufacturing, IT, and Indian conglomerates, helping them improve how they engage and manage talent and customers. We’re looking for sharp, analytical minds with a background in psychology (preferably social, organizational, or consumer) to join us as Associate Consultants. Key Responsibilities: • Work on talent and customer projects from design to implementation • Manage client relationships and deliver data-driven solutions • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, including ROI analysis What You Will Get Exposure To: • Applying psychology in business contexts • Multi-industry consulting experience • Behavioral and data analysis • Stakeholder communication and social media content creation What We’re Looking For: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS tools • Ability to manage tasks independently and in teams • Detail-oriented, adaptable, independent and curious mindset
