We are looking forward to hire Network layer security – Firewall Professionals in the following areas :
Role Description
- Design and Deployment: Plan, design, and implement Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) to meet client’s organizational security requirements. Integrate Zscaler with existing IT infrastructure, including networks, identity providers (IDP), and cloud platforms.
- Configuration: Configure Zscaler policies, authentication mechanisms (such as SAML/SSO), user and group definitions, and enforcement rules to provide granular control over internet, intranet, and application access.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide Tier 2/3 support for issues related to Zscaler services. Diagnose connectivity, authentication, and policy-related problems and resolve them in collaboration with support teams and users. Train teams for Tier 1 support.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize Zscaler dashboards and analytics to monitor traffic, threats, and user behavior. Generate regular reports on security incidents, usage metrics, and compliance status.
- Security Policy Management: Develop and maintain security policies within Zscaler to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance mandates (e.g., NIST). Continuously assess and adjust policies as the threat landscape evolves.
- Integration: Integrate Zscaler with security information and event management (SIEM) systems (Sentinel), endpoint protection platforms (Sophos), and other security tools to provide holistic visibility and response capabilities.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and change management records.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Train internal teams on Zscaler technologies, best practices, and operational procedures. Develop user guides and conduct workshops as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Zscaler product updates, cloud security trends, and emerging threats. Recommend and implement enhancements to maximize the value of the Zscaler security platform.
