Role- 1-OpsRamp Advisory Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a

  trusted advisor

  for customers implementing OpsRamp and AIOps capabilities.
• Lead

  solution design and platform adoption strategies

  .
• Translate customer requirements into

  OpsRamp architectural designs

  and deployment plans.
• Advise on

  event management, AI-driven insights, and automation frameworks

  .
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and optimization.
• Conduct

  post-deployment reviews

  and recommend enhancements for performance, governance, and automation.
• Support business stakeholders in aligning OpsRamp outcomes with

  service reliability and ITSM objectives

  .

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven OpsRamp implementation and advisory experience

  in enterprise or MSP environments.
• Deep knowledge of

  AIOps frameworks

  — anomaly detection, machine learning-based correlation, and predictive insights.
• Strong understanding of

  IT operations management, observability, and incident automation

  .
• Familiarity with related platforms (ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, or Splunk).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage with both

  technical teams and senior business leaders

  .
• Certification or strong working knowledge in

  cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Role- 2- OpsRamp Technical Engineer

Overview:

hands-on OpsRamp Technical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Deliver

  end-to-end

  OpsRamp deployments, including installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Work with

  on-premises and multi-cloud environments

  to implement monitoring, discovery, and alerting solutions.
• Configure and optimize

  AIOps features

  , including event correlation, anomaly detection, and automated remediation.
• Integrate OpsRamp with external tools such as

  ServiceNow, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, and Splunk

  .
• Develop scripts and automation workflows using

  Python, PowerShell, or REST APIs

  .
• Manage agent deployments, templates, and policies for performance and availability monitoring.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience implementing and supporting OpsRamp

  in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of

  AIOps concepts

  — event correlation, noise reduction, and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with

  infrastructure monitoring

  , discovery, and CMDB integrations.
• Familiarity with

  API integrations

  and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
• Solid knowledge of

  ITOM, ITSM, and observability frameworks

  .
• Strong Linux/Windows administration and scripting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
