CRY has many firsts to her credit over the years in Resource Generation, Programme, Brand Communications, People practices, and Finance. CRY’s reach is Pan India with a presence in 20 states. CRY works to ensure happier childhoods for India’s children.

This role is responsible for managing key donor platforms, supporting corporate partnerships, strengthening HNI acquisition efforts, and ensuring accurate data insights for strategic decision-making. The position requires strong coordination across internal teams, excellent relationship management, and comfort with analytics and donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggregators Platform Management – Manage the relationship with national SPOC. Update the platform with campaigns as per the communications calendar and regional requirements and its optimisation. . Process volunteering campaign requests received from donors via platforms. Share relevant campaigns with HO donors through email on a regular basis. Impact report and UC dissemination as required. Data hygiene and maintenance.
  • HNI Donor Management – Provide insights and research support to Regional Corporate Partnerships teams to strengthen pitches and improve income generation. Analyse trends from donor and campaign reports to support strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate datasets for HO, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Research and Data Analysis – Provide insights and research support to Regional Corporate Partnerships teams to strengthen pitches and improve income generation. Analyse trends from donor and campaign reports to support strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate datasets for HO, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Co-ordination and Relationship Management – Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless donor servicing across platforms. Support in process improvements that enhance donor experience and operational efficiency.

Must have:

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Analytical mind-set with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort with research, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Understanding of Microsoft tools – PPT, excel

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, strengthening HNI acquisition and ensuring accurate data insights for strategic decision-making.
