CRY works to ensure happier childhoods for India’s children Your Role: As a member of the communications function, you will act as a brand custodian and ensure that all brand guidelines and communication SOPs are adhered to. Brand Custodian – Maintain brand integrity across internal & external communications and in with all relevant stakeholders Stories – Write human interest stories by liasing with respective teams implementing social development programs across the region Campaigns – Ideate, Conceptualize and execute national/regional campaigns in collaboration with the communication function Partnerships – Forge pro – bono or subsidized partnership with brands, outdoor media and Government institutions Social Media – Write and source content from the region to highlight regional achievements contributing to the overall brand visibility Donor Communication – Ideate, conceptualize and execute communication to engage CRY donors in collaboration with communication & resource generation function Program – Ideate, conceptualize and execute branding of CRY Child Activity Resource Centre, Digital Learning Centre, STEM Centre, events & consultations, anchor production of impact films, publications, ideating and execution of Social Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) – IECs, Flash Cards, Wall Messaging etc. Volunteer Engagement – Mentoring of Volunteers for Communication Content, work collaboratively with VE team for driving campaigns and organizing regional events and also work with volunteers on creative communication content Other functions – Collaborate with the different functional teams to formulate and implement communication plans to reach out to their respective stakeholders Vendor Management – Liaise with vendors to ensure coummiciation output like publications, films, collaterals etc. Financial Responsibilities – Ensure compliance to budgets and overall cost effectiveness of the functional activities. Manage vendor payments in an accurate and timely manner You: You must be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing/ Brand Communications or Mass Communications with 5 to 7 years experience in a brand communications role in a mid-sized organization. Strong understanding of communications and brand & marketing concepts and its tools along with excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential. Initiative, focus on outcome and tenacity along with an innate drive to explore communication opportunities would be required to fulfill the role. Process documentation of the training workshops and submission of reports after each capacity building workshop. Any other work related to capacity building program as per requirement. You: You must be a Masters in social work/ liberal arts/communication from a reputed institute. You must have 7 – 10years’ experience in facilitating training modules for adult learning groups from diverse backgrounds. The person should be fluent in English and Hindi. Your Role: This role is responsible for implementing, monitoring and reporting on Child Rights collaboration with other internal stakeholders. This position will play an important role in providing inputs for regional and state level strategies. Will be part of or lead the liasoning with networks and different stakeholders including Govt and facilitate capacity building programs for such stakeholders in the state.This role is also responsible for associated grant management linked with the above strategy, will also assist the State Lead in formulating overall strategy of CRY intervention in the state in order to ensure delivering the maximum positive impact on the rights of children. You: You must have a Masters degree in Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development with 7-9 years of direct implementation of development programs and grant management, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and able to work independently. Should have understanding of development Paradigms and rights-based framework of development. Experience in Implementing child rights-based programming would definitely be an advantage. Corporate Partnerships and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) Engagement – Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with strategic corporate partners. Build and maintain a pipeline of HNI prospects and manage the entire cultivation-to-conversion lifecycle. Design personalized engagement plans, events, and communications to build lasting donor relationships. Leverage existing networks and build new ones to expand the HNI donor base. Data Analysis: Undertake organizational and environmental analysis, and prepare the budgets, plans and priorities for the resource generation function. You will also be responsible for leading, motivating and developing your team and for delivering on and managing national budgets.
