Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager  

Location: Delhi (Dwarka Mor)  

Job Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM  

Experience: 5–7 years  

CTC Range: ₹10–11 LPA  


Position Overview  

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of EPC projects, from sales handover to client delivery and closure. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires close coordination with Design, Procurement, QA/QC, Site, and Accounts teams.  


Key Responsibilities  

1. Project Handover & Planning  

- Receive formal handover from Sales with complete documentation.  

- Review customer requirements, scope of work, and commitments.  

- Confirm project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.  

- Prepare and circulate internal project handover documents.  

- Ensure Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) are finalized.  


2. Client Communication & Kick-Off  

- Draft and share introductory communication with clients.  

- Lead internal project kick-off meetings.  

- Ensure design documents (GA/Layout) are received, reviewed, and approved.  

- Share design progress updates and ensure timely adherence.  


3. Execution & Monitoring  

- Develop and maintain project trackers (Design, Procurement, Site Execution).  

- Monitor daily/weekly progress and update trackers.  

- Identify and escalate risks, delays, and bottlenecks.  

- Ensure compliance with client expectations, standards, and statutory requirements.  


4. Client & Internal Coordination  

- Act as the single point of contact for clients.  

- Provide periodic project updates (weekly/fortnightly).  

- Ensure timely client approvals for designs, materials, and quality documents.  

- Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, Dispatch, and Site teams.  


5. Quality & Documentation  

- Maintain and update all project documentation.  

- Review inspection reports and ensure compliance.  

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.  


6. Project Closure & Handover  

- Ensure project deliverables are completed within scope and timelines.  

- Coordinate for final execution and dispatch.  

- Prepare and handover completion documentation and closure reports.  

- Conduct debrief meetings to capture key learnings.  


Key Result Areas (KRAs)  

- Adherence to project timelines across all phases.  

- Client satisfaction and feedback scores.  

- Compliance with QAP and inspection standards.  

- Effective documentation and reporting.  

- Budget adherence with minimal cost overruns.  


Qualifications & Skills  

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred).  

- 5–8 years of experience in EPC/Infrastructure/Construction project management.  

- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).  

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Knowledge of ISO, QA/QC, and HSE compliance.

Reports To: Project Head  

Coordinates With: Sales, Design, Procurement, Quality, Site, and Accounts Teams  

  • Direct Reports: Project Coordinators, Site Engineers
