Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Construction Project Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Manjeri. The primary responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager include overseeing all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Tasks include coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, preparing budgets and schedules, managing project teams, and resolving issues as they arise. The role also entails ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and overall Project Management
• Experience in Project Coordination and managing construction teams and workflows
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of Construction Management, including compliance, safety standards, and quality control
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools and construction software
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices is a plus
