Construction Planning Manager

• Development of detailed project schedules, communication of weekly & monthly target to the site team and tracking of the progress at site along with delay analysis and catch-up plans to ensure completion of the project within allocated time period.
• Coordinate with site team to explain the drawing, work methodology, resolve technical query, understand & plan material requirement, procurement & timely delivery at site, Labour requirement planning & mobilization as per site requirement and all other resources mobilization & extend all necessary support to site team to expedite progress.
• Coordinate with design team for development of drawing, checking of drawing as per site requirement, drawing revision and sharing of drawing with site team to ensure execution of works at site as per drawings with safety compliance and ensuring proper quality work with all necessary standards & specification.
• Carrying out all necessary project documentations like maintaining latest drawings, materials status, labour reports, bills, preparation of DPR, WPR and MPR with photos of all sites.
• Labour subcontractor finalization, rate negotiation, issuing Work Order, labour mobilization at site and RA Bill preparation.
• Material Procurement & Supply Chain Management which includes monitoring of procurement of materials as per site requirement, finalization of vendor, issuing Purchase Order, ensuring timely delivery of materials, checking of quality and quantity of materials received at site, checking of vendor invoice.
• Carrying out project costing, preparation of quotations, budget and cost management.
• Client coordination, liasoning with stake holder, Client Billing & certification.
• Establishment for process and systems for material procurement, labour finalization and approvals.

Total Experience Required: 3-4 yrs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
