Experience: Relevant experience in CMDB and Asset Management required Job Overview Seeking an experienced Configuration and Asset Manager to lead the implementation and management of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and asset-related processes. The role requires strong hands-on experience in CMDB and IT Asset Management , along with the ability to define and drive standardized practices for maintaining configuration data integrity. Key Responsibilities Define, document, and implement processes for CMDB and Asset Management Ensure completeness, correctness, and compliance of CMDB data from multiple sources Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance CMDB data quality Manage the lifecycle of configuration items (CIs) and assets Perform regular audits and ensure alignment with compliance requirements Resolve data discrepancies and improve system integrations impacting CMDB Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in CMDB, Asset Management, and Configuration Management Background as a ServiceNow Developer, with progression into CMDB/Asset Manager roles Demonstrated ability in defining and executing CMDB governance processes Familiarity with integrating CMDB data from diverse sources Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills Nice To Have ITIL certification Experience with process automation tools and reporting dashboards Understanding of regulatory requirements around IT asset and configuration data Skills: reporting dashboards,cmdb,itil certification,configuration management database,stakeholder coordination,communication skills,asset management,servicenow,configuration management,cmdb governance,servicenow developer,automation,process automation Show more Show less
